Rancho de los Caballeros

Rancho de los Caballeros honors the style of the Spanish caballeros, “gentlemen on horseback” who brought their traditions of skillful riding and gracious living to the untamed desert. For more than half a century our welcoming hospitality, panoramic riding trails and spectacular golf course have reflected a lifestyle in keeping with this genteel and authentic Southwestern heritage. Explore the beauty of our 20,000 acres of high Sonoran desert on a horse chosen to match your riding ability. Watch the “running of the horses” out to pasture at twilight and experience the excitement of the real West. Tee off on the 18-hole championship layout Golf Digest called “one of America’s Top 75 Resort Courses.” Let the children enjoy all the fun of the Caballeros Kid’s Club. See the area by jeep, mountain bike, or hot air balloon. Learn to shoot trap and skeet, plan tennis or take a guided nature hike. Three meals a day of inspired southwestern cuisine will keep you energized. One way or another, we’ll wear you out before you retire to your casita decorated with hand crafted furniture and western art.

Whether you are a couple looking for a quiet getaway or trying to find a spot for your family reunion, we’ve got something for everyone. Owned and operated by the Gant family for over 55 years, Rancho de los Caballeros is open from October until the middle of May.

Experience authentic Southwestern accommodations with Rancho de los Caballeros. Hand-crafted Mexican-style furniture and a warm palette of colors reflects the warmly vibrant surroundings that make our Wickenburg ranch so enjoyable. Each of our 65 rooms and 12 suites are appointed with your family’s comfort in mind, so go ahead and sleep in a while, we don’t mind. Our rooms and suites offer panoramic views of the Sonora Desert along with a window seat and a private sun patio that invites contemplation.
